I had one up front but a few months ago I replaced the little fan in the bathroom with one. The only problem with the bathroom is you normally keep the door closed, but I have a big gap at the top and bottom of the door and you can really feel the air moving through the gaps.
I don't know that I wouldn't put one in my bedroom like others have an issue with. On the lower settings they are not that loud at all. I have an AC unit in my bedroom so I can't put one there, but in your case you have the one non-ducted unit and it's in the front. I would think a fantastic fan in the bedroom could do a good job of pulling the cooler air from the front back into the bedroom.
