Hi All, I have been wondering how I will get my medicine while traveling. I can only get one month at a time and I am planning a trip that will be two or more months long. Any ideas? I have no family of friends along the way.ThanksBuster

If you have the script out to one of the big chains, most have a nation-wide computer system. Just check that yours does have branches where you expect to be going. Matt

Does your Doctor give 'X' amount of refills?OR do you have to get a new RX from DOC every 30 days.Refills......get Rx filled every 3 weeks at any Walmart, Walgreens, CVS etc.Might have to have DOC fax a Rx if certain types of drug(s)Have you discussed this with your DOC?

We're all in that same boat, Buster54. WalMart and Walgreens have worked fine for us. Sometimes its the insurance that's the problem -- pick a plan that works nationwide.

Wal Mart is located coast to coast.One friendly doctor prescribed heart medication for my buddy 10 mg 3X a day, and told him to only take one a day. So he got a 90 day supply for only 1 fill fee. ..Walgreens is also coast to coast, I think. At least most of the states that I have been to.Fred.

Walmart, Walgreens, CVS etc. all have there computers linked to fill your script wherever you may be. There shouldn't be any problem for you if you use one of the National chains. Good Luck and hope you have a great trip. Be Safe!
