- Remembering that truth is an absolute defense in most states, under what legal theory, Rock, would the tow truck driver be liable? The “privilege exception” has not yet been extended to tow truck drivers.
- That is just poor driving 100 percent. The guy wasn't even close to clearing the island, and he still had a tow vehicle behind him. I think he should have done a few more practice laps at the empty mall parking lot before he headed out.
- Sorry that the RV'er had an accident.
BUT if the tow truck driver I called took videos and put it on the internet? Well...I'd be making a phone call about it to them and my attorney.
