I was working on my generator and got it fired up fuel pump ground wasn't making contact . and was getting some serious smoke . Come to find out there was huge mouse nest right on top generator inside...

Two years ago when I had to replace a bad coil in my Kohlar Genset I saw the same thing when I removed the shroud which is a pain to remove. It is a wonder how it did not catch on fire. I just removed it again last week to adjust the mag pickup and it was nest free.
