When we picked up our used 2000 Four Winds, it contained a single grp 27 deep cycle. The positive terminal had several large leads, all red (if I recall):
o Converter/charger
o Relay from engine bay
o Generator starter
o ?
and a single black for ground.
I could see where you have a similar setup, though the black has gone awol.
Give the vintage of the MH, and the fact the battery(ies) is missing, the cables would need to be secured so they didn't short against the metal of the MH. Even without a battery, there are several sources of power to those leads - the converter/charger and relay (or isolator) from the engine bay.
As others have mentioned, find out which of those is ground, if any. Then chase the remainder to see where they go. You should have at least one from the converter, and a lead if you have a generator.
It is entirely possible the previous owner used a red lead for ground... I tried to help a fellow co-worker jump his pickup w/o success - we later found he had a red ground and a black hot lead! It's a wonder we didn't burn up my rig.
Good luck - let us know what you find!
