Are you sure that's not a typo? I work remote on an encrypted VPN using a LOT of data and it only comes to 25-30G /month.
What are you doing to consume 100-150 GB a month? That is an incredible amount of data. Is all your media streamed? Even if you used data for everything, I still think it would be hard to come close to using even 70GB of data.
Do you mean MB?
