No, very few RV parks offer good internet service. Mostly because they are no near a good backbone so even if they can get service it's too expensive to buy enough for everyone. Once you start chopping up the total data available among all the RV's your share is pretty slim. In most cases, even when fairly good speeds are available they are available because the RV park blocks the things that eat up the most data like streaming and file sharing.
You just need to separate what you can ONLY do on the internet from what you might be able to do from other sources such as satellite TV. If the answer is "it all comes from the internet" then you can rent one of the business Verizon devices for less than $200/month and get somewhere around 400GB/month. Some claim unlimited but I would really question that. The big caveat is that Verizon is actively trying to shut down the folks that are renting these business plans as they violate the original owners terms of service so you have to be willing to take the hit (original cost plus some part of 1 months service, max) if things go bad.
