Nothing changed to speak of in the chassis or the engine/drivetrain as far as I know. Pick one that you like, that has been well maintained, has mileage that you are comfortable with, etc. In other words, it's more about the motorhome than the chassis if the only difference is 2006 to 2008 model year.
