I think if it was me (and this is purely my opinion) I don't think I would entertain the idea of this make, model, and year.

ahh its just a mid level typical Class A ford gasser.I would not worry about it being a Monaco,lots of parts and pieces to be had for these units cant be more than 65K to buy only retailed for (fully loaded) for 145K so like 100K new
