Friend of mine recently brought a Monaco with the long slide-out on the drivers side, not sure which model, his side-out didn't raise up before returning to the coach & damaged the floor tiles, it too...

Of course the manufacturer will repair the side-put & the damage, my question is have any other Monaco owners had this problem?
It sounds like he has a bad roller on the slide.
