Most efficient house batteries

I understand efficient as to what works best, the users of lithium will tell you deeper discharge, faster recharge, and not have to goto 100 percent charge, and lightest weight for the amount of power,
agm can be placed almost anywhere, and charge faster than GOLF car 6v batteries
6v is in many cases the most amp hrs for the $$
But not always, and certainly not the most efficent power producer

Good batteries but the warranty isn't any better than my Sam's Club $89 Duracell GC2's have been supporting my outings with no problems for the past three years.

whatever!! it says very clearly on my battery 36 months free replacement;; all that aside there a high amp battery good quality compared to costco (more money by about 40$) but higher amperage

that's extremely abnormal for those to last 9 years BUT if all u run is LPG fridge circuit and some 12V lights etc that is possible; however if your running a 2 or 3 k converter and running TV, fridge Dual furnaces etc etc they wear out a lot quicker and obviously would need 4 not 2 to avoid constant recharge
I still personally think the 235 amp US battery(there not cheap) are the best bang for the money and you cant beat a 3 year warranty

My first set were Trojans which were much more expensive, they lasted 4 years. What I learned the hard way is maintenance is more important that brand. I have minimal electrical requirements, refer, WH and a few lights. Use Buddy Heater instead of furnace. What do the 235 AH US batteries cost?

I use 4 Interstate GC2 6v deep cycle batteries in our coach, that work well.

and the Highest price per amp hour OPTIMA THe absolute WORST choice for a motor home. also the BEST choice for off road vehicles.

With a pair of 66 Amp Hour OPtimas you have 66 Amp Hours of usable power,, Assuming they are the proper color.. LESS if they are not (NO sorry color blind here)

With a pair of GC-2 Flooded wet cells (Six Volt Golf Car batteries) In series you have over 100 amp hours. (220 amp hours total give or take 10 amp hours and divide by two for usable amp hours) and if you get 'em at Sams you will spend LESS than 100 on each of 'em. Quite a bit less.

Just remember when you top 'em off.. DISTILLED water please.

For a person confused about batteries I would never suggest used AGM on Craig's list.
AGM is fine but I recommend new Lifeline.
Got to take care of them as they are just as easy to damage as the low cost golf car batteries.
