Actually it was a simple "hard reset" on our fridge. But compared to previous experiences, their customer service and expedient work was what I considered "above and beyond". They seemed glad to "work us in", as opposed to a Major Chain that we contacted, who acted as if we were an inconvenience and didn't understand the term "passing through". The service adviser at the Major Chain told me, "we're full until mid-August. If you want to drop it off, we can look at it then"!
