Motorcraft synthetic blend or switch to full synthetic

Just bought a 2010 Winnebago class C (Ford V10) with 8000 miles. Would like opinions on whether to stay with the Ford Motocraft synthetic blend oil or change to fully synthetic oil. I would be using ...

Thanks for all the great input. It's been about 4 years since we had our last motorhome. It sure is great to have all the wisdom on this forum. It makes going back into rving much more comfortable!
