Motorcraft synthetic blend or switch to full synthetic

Just bought a 2010 Winnebago class C (Ford V10) with 8000 miles. Would like opinions on whether to stay with the Ford Motocraft synthetic blend oil or change to fully synthetic oil. I would be using ...
