I got to this post looking for info on rear axle weight. My ONLY vehicle besides my MH (32' Winnebago class C) will be a scooter, not yet purchased.
There's a sticker on the rear bumper that says max vertical hitch weight is 350 pounds. Probably a dumb question, but if one of these lifts could be installed not just in the hitch, but also putting some of its weight on the bumper, would that give me more weight to play with (assuming I don't exceed the rear axle weight limit)?
