It is my property and i should be able to park my motorhome, boat, waverunner trailer as i see fit. Taking into consideration they are all working and used regularly. Does anybody have any legal information to stop this ordinance from passing? Thank you.
Our city did the same thing but to avoid lawsuits they grandfathered in anyone that already had any boat or RV. This only applied to parking in the front of the house. The part that applied to all was that you could not park any vehicle on any easement, which for most homeowners is from the sidewalk to the street.
