Motorhome parked in driveway

Blythe is trying to pass this type of ordinance...wow I would never expect that.
With Blythe being in the middle of an agricultural area what about tractors and other farm equipment you see parked in yards.
Is it the city or a home owners association (HOA) that is trying to pass the ordinance? If you live in a development controlled by a HOA then you won't have much luck fighting it because the board makes the decision and it's obvious the board wants the driveways clear.
You'll have to get other RV owners to join the fight.
We weren't successful in getting our city to not pass an RV ordinance.
