Some of these rules prevent clutter and eye sores. You say it is your property but another might feel that they should not be subjected to a community with MH, TT, utility trailers and a non functioning 69 van as a disturbance to their pretty community.
Not that ALL renters are pigs, or ALL homeowners are angels, but I'll just be glad when he's gone in a year.
