SteveP, I would say 'it depends'. Generally, it's harder to get financing on 10+ yr. old units (from what I've heard, don't know from experience).
So, since we like to buy new, it was in the back of my mind to sell our previous 2008 coach before the 10 yr. mark. That way, I feel that we were able to ask a stronger price because ours was in good condition and financing would be available if the new purchaser wanted to go that route.
If all that would be interested are cash buyers, the group would be way smaller.
