Replacing/ Reupholstery seats in Motorhome

We have a 2014 Forest River Berkshire 400bh we desperately need to replace or repair the furniture. We’ve gotten local quote for $15-25k (eastern PA). We’re willing to travel south or to Indiana for another option. Anyone have a vendor they can recommend? This has not been an easy search.

  • That’s not a quote. And it sounds ridiculous. And doesn’t a 40’ moho have mostly standalone furniture not built in?

  • We put a slip cover over our sofa; don’t remember the cost exactly  but it was likely less than $50. Works for us, YOMV.

  • I see ads all the time for Rv furniture (often brand new) on Fb market place. A lot of Rv furniture comes apart to get it in and out of the door. That said, it doesn't need to be RV specific. You can use residential recliners, sofas etc, provided you can get them in the coach. $15-25k is robbery. And you weren't specific as to what furniture. Sofa, chairs, dinette, captain's chair, or all of the above? Dinette's would be pretty easy to get the cushions reupholstered. And a sofa doesn't need to be replaced with a sofa. You can replace it with a pair of recliners or a desk, fireplace, whatever.
