Assuming your 10 year old motor home is in good shape it would be a waste of money to buy a new one and then embark on all the many dog and pony shows with dealers and builders to get a new one in condition to put on the road. Think about it. Yours at 10 years old and 33000 miles isn't even broken in yet. If it is in good condition, clean, etc, etc, it is at the point where I like to buy them and either use it a few years or really spiff it up and flip it for a good profit.
