We have two commodes in ours. The mid half bath has a conventional straight drop down Teffort Commode which is directly over the black tank. The full bath in the back has a commode with a macerator and pump which pumps directly to the black tank in the middle. We have had no problems in a little over three years. Yes it uses a little more water but not that much. We have one gray and one 90 gallon black tank. we can get 6-7 day on our black tank. We like the set up and we will get the same set up in our next coach.
