Yes, there is a mount made for RV's. I don't know about a thin mount. I have one that has an articulating arm so the TV pulls out and I can turn it side to side. When pushed in it has a lock to hold it in place. I was also worried about too much vibration but the newer TV's are so light the thing doesn't seem to bounce at all.
