Move water heater switch

In our new RV the electric water heater switch is on the water heater..has anyone moved this switch inside? Seems to be quite inconvenient to have this switch outside on the heater itself.. I am thinking it shouldn't be too difficult to move!!!!

    it would not be hard to move,BUT I,d be asking the dealer why its out there? and I would not leave it on all the time, if the tanks empty and you turn it on you,ll burn up the heating eliment.

    Just turn it on and leave it on.
    Your water heater at home is ON all the time.
    Mine is on continuously.
