My wife retired and they talked her into working one more year. she has MS and thought it would be OK if she did. her principal was really good to her as he let he sit most of the day teaching instead of standing. but it was just too much for her and she now knows it wasn't the best Idea. look at it this way, if it doesn't work out, you can always get her a paper route later.
