Mr. Greg, for 2007, the Navigator was the top of the line for the Holiday Rambler which is similiar to the Signature Series on the Monaco line.
Of course your value should be based on the tire dates as if they are original, they could have '05 or '06 date codes. If the motorhome has been sitting for a while, you will want to check everything including the maintenance records if any.
A friend of mine has his '07 Signature with about 57,000 miles for sale on consignment for $269,998 where he purchased it in California (just looked it up, originally asking $399,000 a yr. ago). His coach has been for sale for about a year now and no takers. When he had it on ebay for a short time, it was listed at $299,000 and he only recieved low ball offers. One of the problems is that he had some custom work done while it was being built. Instead of the usual leather sofa's, it has lime green fabric with purple pillows. That is a rather easy fix but the first impression is not too good. The captains chairs are black as is the dash with wood floors. It has new Michelin tires (from last yr.) and the 600 hp pre-particulate filter Cummins.
What are they asking for the Navigator?
MM.
