Need advice quick...1987 31' Itasca

Going to look at a 1987 Itasca 31'. under 50K miles. Supposed to be in really good condition, dual A/C, 37000 BTU heat, onboard genny. The landing gear was disconnected and some kind of air bags suspension was added ( he stated cant use landing gear, might tear air bag when lifted ). Interior and exterior look good from the pics.

I have owned several travel trailers, so I know to look for leaks, soft floors, most stuff involving travel trailers. But anything extra I need to look at with a 31' class A?

I know to check tires and take it for a good test drive. I am going to have him start the genny and run one or both A/C's. Anything else?

Leaving in a couple hours to go look at it, thought I'd hit you guys up for any tips before I go.

My main concern would be the engine/transmission...age and really the under use- 27 years old or less than 2k a year avg., which means its been sitting a lot.
Check date codes on the tires...when I test drove ours I took it to a local RV park and they let me plug in to test AC unit for free. It might be 50 amp since 2 ACs.
For around 20k you can get a V10 Ford chassis MH in the 2003 range with much newer/nicer amenities. If you're mechanically inclined, the Itasca could be a good starter unit. My long 2cents...good luck!
