Need air pressure gauge and chuck

Does anyone have an air pressure gauge and chuck that will allow me to check the pressure and fill without removing the wheel covers on my 2014 Fleetwood storm. It has the 10 lug Ford 19.5" wheels. After reading all of the complaints about valve extenders I would go without if I could. It came with flexible extenders for the inners but I'm planning on removing them and using them only for checking and filling. I have a dual gauge but the angle won't allow me to use with the wheel covers on.

    THIS is what I use. It has a straight head instead of the usual angled head and works on my motorhome.

    I have been using extenders for some 13+ years. You get what you pay for. Whey they go bad , you replace them. Here is a link that might help. It is very hard to find the right angle foot that will work. There are many good to excellent extenders and here is just one.
