Need help with bathroom power

One possibility: Most motorhomes have GFI outlet in bathroom and kitchen area - check and see if that is tripped.

I tested and tried resetting the GFI outlet but that didn’t help.

Lighting and vent fans or on the 12volt system. It's quite possible that when you pulled the old bulb out, that you pulled the positive terminal or wire out and that it shorted and blew the fuse. It also maybe the first link, connection in the daisy chain wiring that goes the other fixtures that are not working.

Take the fixture out and look for loose or broken wires/connections. A new light fixture is relative inexpensive.

12 volts do not use the GFI. 5 amp seems small for a circuit that has a fan on it. Take all the LED's that you replaced out. Then check fan. Take fixture that you worked on down and check socket and wiring. May be a shorted wire or socket. Then put the LED's back in one at a time checking them lights and fan each time. Until you find which one is causing problem.

LEDs are polarity sensitive. If the polarity is wrong they will not light. The fan should still work however.

You really need to get a multimeter to do much electrical work. They are available on eBay for less than $10.

So far I used a multimeter and tested out if there a current going into the old fixture wires.
There are none.
Then I tested the converter box fuse contacts for that region, and that also does not have a current running through.. I’m kinda stuck now on wondering how else to diagnose or fix this?

I’m not sure if it’s connected , but the 12volt socket (with antenna / cable combo) Outlet located near the above cabin bunk area also doesn’t have power.

I have checked all the fuses and none are burnt anymore.
Hope someone might have some ideas for me to check and thanks again very much .

You won't see current flowing when the light isn't turning on. That's rather expected. More instructive might be to see the voltage or (with power off) continuity between places you expect to have continuity. You should, for instance, see 12V at the light socket if the wiring is okay and the fuse is sound etc.

Checking the fuses with the continuity (or resistance) measure is also helpful. Fuses sometimes don't look blown at a glance even if they are. Do this with the fuse removed, not in situ.

While it wouldn't make much difference here, I should point out that to measure current generally you have to break the circuit and insert the multimeter in-line with it so the current being measured flows through the multimeter. The exception is one with a clamp-on current sensor that you clamp around the wires in question. Many such clamp meters only respond to AC current (it's an inductive sensor in that case, a form of current transformer), though there are some that respond to DC current (using a different sort of sensor). But in any case, you can't just poke the probes at a circuit to measure current. Perhaps you already understand this, and if so I apologize for explaining the obvious.
