If I was only in my 40's and had a Beaver 2007 Contessa with 16,489 miles and it was paid off I would be one happy camper. My only concern is to know what motor you have in it, if is a cummins 400hp (06 dated motor) then I would rethink. If it is, read this and check S/N.
