Ok Got it fixed. The ground connection to that left turn signal was fine. I had no positive 12 volts to it. I found 2 connectors at the back between the bottom of the radiator and the "bumper". One connector was round and one was rectangular. The yellow wire between these connectors was joined with a crimp connector. One of the wires had pulled out of the connector. I reconnected and now everything is working fine now.

good and thanks for letting everyone know its fixed amd what the problem was.After my long post/rant about secondary flashers etc etc .I suddenly realized you had a old system with seperate TS veses brake lite and they dont use the system I have.I have dual turn/brake lite combo assemblys(2 lite assemblys per side) and hence the more complicated rear flasher system.
