Can't be sure about yours, but the tube type TV in our 2006 Hurricane was supported by a sort of jacking system. Look in the adjacent compartment, probably with the antenna booster, and see if there's an access hole with some sort of bolt recessed in it. If so, turn the bolt and hopefully the TV and the tray it sits in will lower. Make sure to remember which outlet the TV is plugged into; it should be wired so it loses power when the ignition is on. My understanding is that it's illegal to have the TV where it can be turned on while driving, assuming the driver can view it. Good luck!
