Need holddown idea for stuff on shower ledges

I'm looking for ideas on some sort of fence to hold shampoo etc in the locations shown on the photo below. The shower is tight and we do NOT want to put soap dispensers or other objects anywhere else on the shower walls. We want to put the bottles as shown, and have them stay during travel. I'd rather use something that can be attached without screws, although I could use screws if it is the best answer, and just make sure they are caulked well.

Also, I realize we can carry them on the floor of the shower. I'm looking for a neat idea to keep them in place.

  • I put them in a pail, on the floor of the shower. This way the shower floor can have other travel items stored on it. The one or two times that I haven't put the bath products away, I got a cringe-worthy reminder that I forgot to take them down.

The pail serves a second function. On those occasions where I use the park's bathhouse, the pail becomes a shower caddy for all the bath products, comb, luffa, towel, etc.
  • How about zip tie anchors and some bent aluminum wire? Put the flat pads on so that you can stretch the wire across the front of the bottles. Lift off one end and let the wire hang when you use them, or leave it on all the time.

  • If that wall is as smooth as it looks, you might try the small 3M Command hooks. I've used a lot of them and never had one let go, tho' I've never used them around water. Then either stretch some elastic between them, or use the mini-bungees. If the later, you might need to shorten them. Just push one end thru the hook, tie a solid knot, and cut the excess off.

  • We just take them off the shelf and lay on shower floor. When we hit the road.
  • Get some sticky back Velcro. A bigger piece on the wall, and a small piece on each bottle. Refill the bottles as required, and replace the Velcro piece if required too.
