I just had a Winegard Traveler installed on my Dutch Star. The old crank up antennae can't be used at the same time as the Traveler dish since it can be hit by the Traveler. I need a 10" or lower ante...

My "new to me" 2012 Lance 992 has the Jack with mount and gauges inside, installed by the factory. Since I purchased it new I never checked to see if it worked. Well It is on but there is no reception. The red light is on and the green light is on at the plug but I can not get the blue leds to light up. Any trouble shooting ideas with out removing the unit from the roof. I have removed the inner bezel and checked connection but still not Blue LEDS. ?????
