need to buy tires for my class a in houston area

I live in the Houston area and looking for a good deal on two Goodyear tires in a 245/70r19.5 any suggestions would be deeply appreciated. I have a 2008 fourwinds hurricane that I bought brand new in 2009. it sat on the lot for a year exposed to the sun and the first year I owned it,it sat in covered parking but the last three years it has been in garage parking. I was told by a mechanic that the tires should be changed out every 5 years. in the last year I can feel as one of the tires has developed some kind of bump on the thread I can feel a vibe at low speeds
