Thanks for all the great advice, I am on the way to a Bank of America office here at home, to rest my mind about the following info, talked to DMV was told that when I pay BOA the money, they will give me a lein satisfied letter I should take that with the owner to DMV where I can then register the RV and of course pay the sales tax.
I would like to thank everyone for the help my nervous mind was running in overdrive.
The owner is going to deliver to me tomorrow I will report back when this is over one way or the other.
