Needs for full time rving

We have some plastic plates and thin wooden salad bowls but the truth is 90% of the time we use paper products. I mostly have disposable alum bakeware. My coffee cups are the real McCoy. Thick to hold my coffee at a hot temp. You will find yourself going through and tweaking it so just don't get carried away to start with.
