Needs for full time rving
We are about to start full time rving. What dishes do we need?

We also use Corelle and have a service for eight plus with us.
We use glass glasses for our wine and adult drinks. I refuse to drink my scotch from a plastic glass.
We often entertain and have had a Thanksgiving dinner for 19 people. That was in the summer in NH where our kids were because we had not had Thanksgiving dinner with them in years. We had to borrow a picnic table from the site next to us.
When we have a turkey I cut it in half length ways so it will fit in our small oven (laying down in a pan). We have much of what we had in the stick house with us or have figured out how to duplicate it in some way.
