Shrader valve r-22 filled em looked for leaks to no avail now they stopped. $2800 + tax for two new 15k btu Penquin II AC/heat pumps. That includes all labor. This sound high to just me???

Yes. That includes removal of old, full install, and the newer controller/t-stat.
And, I definitely need the heat pump feature, we use our coach through December here in the Northeast.
The 13.5s were like 2600 so I figured I'd go with the 15s hoping they'll not work as hard.
