Shrader valve r-22 filled em looked for leaks to no avail now they stopped. $2800 + tax for two new 15k btu Penquin II AC/heat pumps. That includes all labor. This sound high to just me???

You can sometimes find the units on sale at PPL motorhomes in TX on their website and have them shipped. (you pay shipping) You would then have to find an RV tech to install them if you can't do it yourself. The most difficult part (they say) is to get the unit atop the RV as they are heavy and takes 2 people and some type of assist. We've been without our front AC and have had a difficult time finding a place that has them in stock that can fit us in for the install. We finally found someone and they now have the unit.
