When we traded our 22' TT I took all of my accessories to the new C. Wheel chocks, bottle jack, jack stands tools etc. Don't forget the sewer and water hoses. You will probably find that your new C has a lot more storage so be careful not to get carried away filling it up as it is easy to do.
Your generator will run so long as you have at least 1/4 of a tank of gas. Hopefully the C comes with the 55 gallon tank as the extra range really comes in handy. There is a good discussion whether or not to get a toad currently in progress but at 30+' you will probably want one eventually. Try a couple of trips first as not all of us have the "need".
Once you have it loaded for a typical trip take it down to the scales and get your weights(front and rear axles and total). Use these to air the tires to the appropriate psi for the load they re carrying and you will find it rides and handles much better. Watch out for steep driveways and gutters as the back end can easily drag if you aren't careful (don't ask me how I know). If you take them at a wider angle, avoid 90 degrees, you can usually clear and while the dragging of your hitch is a terrible sound it usually does no damage. :C
