new ford chassis coming???
was told on dealer lot that the ford chassis is being replaced with the transit.anyone know anything about this? like when will it take place and can I expect more front comfort and maybe better milea...

The cab of a Transit is NICE. There are a couple of trim levels and the higher one has lots of bells & whistles for driving comfort and convenience. It looks like it belongs in a 21st century vehicle instead of 1990s. IMHO it's about time.
I think the Transit will be a huge boost to the class B market. The extended body and high roof, straight from the factory, instantly provide head room and body length with no mods necessary for the upfitter. Also a great option for the DIY crowd, especially as used ones become available.
