new ford chassis coming???
was told on dealer lot that the ford chassis is being replaced with the transit.anyone know anything about this? like when will it take place and can I expect more front comfort and maybe better milea...

Ford gave away a large portion of the ambulance market when they stopped putting a diesel in the E-series. The department I work for, like many others has stations set up to only pump diesel so gas powered ambulances are a poor option. We will likely look at the GM 4500 Express with a Duramax.
