As with most things.....you can order it online, in an quantity, and have it delivered to your house. When on the road, you can order online at NAPA, and many other auto parts stores and have it delivered to a store where you plan to be next week.
I would guess that any Ford dealer that sells and services their medium trucks would have it in stock.
