Roll it out. Put a person on each side of the supports. Have those people assist the awning by pushing on the support as you roll it up again. When you get home, go to the hardware store and purchase some dry lube in a spray can. Extend the awning and lube each joint in the supports and anywhere they can bind. Should fix it.
