I have seen a few with the smaller nozzle opening. It's rare, but there are some. And wouldn't you feel a bit foolish if yours was too small when you pulled up to the truck pumps?
I occasionally use the truck pumps, but like I posted, I prefer a clean service station even if it takes a little longer to fill. I am retired now and in no rush.
I have seen some big truck stations that are very dirty with fuel spilled on the concrete. You sure do not want to walk into your carpeted coach with diesel fuel on your shoes.
I have never seen a diesel truck or coach with a small nozzle opening, but I will take your word that you did see some.
