New to flat tow

I bought a HHR that can be flat towed. When I drive down the road the car pulls to the left. Not real bad but noticeable. So will I have to worry about the front wheels cranking to the left. I have all winter to ponder this because we don't camp in the winter so hopefully someone can advise me on what to do. Good bye dolly!!
  • Mine did it also. Pulled to Right slightly.
A few times it did feel a little squirrelly towing, especial on wet roads.
Front end place did alignment, no change.
I had them swap front tires, then the pull was to the Left.
    New tires cured it.

BTW, if you start looking at new tires and get sticker shock, PM me.
  • Get the front end checked. Low press left front, alignment, HHR's are known for front strut wear out. They usualy make a thumping sound or creeking sound going over speed bumps or pot holes.I owned my 2008 hhr since new and now 53,000 they need replacing.
