Hi Ron
Thanks for all of thAt info. So what I'm gathering is that brand doesn't matter but find an rv that's all one piece or with rounded corners with a crowned roof one piece over cab section or a shorter one with a crowned roof or fiberglass roof that is rounded on the sides. Best to avoid rvs with edges if possible Chevy and ford are good ford has a little more kick sprinter gets better fuel economy but lacks in horse power and there are few service centers. So in my quest to have an rv by my 50th be day next July I need to look at and feel as many rvs as I can oh and stay away from eye candy lol. I like that one
As for trying a class c and I'm sorry I cannot remember your name in northen cal but we camped in one with some friends when we lived in washington state. We loved it. They wanted to go clam digging on some bay but cannot remember the name. I can only remember it was like a 1990. It was somewhat tight for the 6 of us but not really. It was a longer c. As far as I know short class a s don't exist.
I realize there's the expense but having something all our own sounds more fun. So I guess my curiosity makes me ask do any of the brands I mention pass the well. Instructed no seems rounded corner no trim test? Minnie winnie Tioga conquest toyota safari coachman 21qb any of the forest river ones to name a few? Thanks and thank you to every single person or married person who replied to my posts. There was a pun in there somewhere lol. I'm also retrieving a couple of books from the library. I'll have my wife read them especially if the print is small. One is rv ing for dummies I think and one put out by the good sam club. Are any of you going to the rv show in hershey in September? I'd like to. My mother can take the kids while we head to the show
