Hi Everyone,
I'm still here. lol I haven't posted in a long time. I'm still researching RVs. I had a busy year. So didn't have time to do much.
Last year I asked about purchasing an older RV. My questions related to that again. Are some older RVS safer to look at then others, or is it simply based on condition alone? In other words a 1990 Lazy Daze or Born Free would be better than a 1990 Minnie Winnie over all? In other words are some brands safer to look at over others or does older simply mean all the same across the board and what repairs it requires is all that matters? or will certain brands have less in terms of repairs required, or is is simply how well it was taken care of? What brands are safe to look at in older models? When did fuel injection enter the market? What szie engine is best and how does one know how well it's mated with a certain transmission and size of RV?
I"ve also seen this company called Inspection Connection I believe. Their RV inspections are costly but seem thorough. Have any of you had any dealings with them? What other inspection companies would you recommend if this one isn't so great? Thanks, and glad to be back.
