Some years back our motorhome broke down on I-95 in Georgia and a state police officer stopped to check on us. While we were waiting for our ERS service to dispatch a tire service, he asked to see my registrations and license. After he ran everything, he spent several minutes explaining to me that my fully endorsed Class A CDL was way overkill for my RV and wasn't needed. When he paused for breath, I showed him a photo of my 80-ton tri-axle rotator tow truck back home. He laughed and said, "Ok, now that you probably need it for. I should have kept quiet!" :)
